The first time buyers were looking for the low maintenance and modern design of a new build property, but had been underwhelmed by many of the developments in the area. “We’ve been in our new home for a few months now and we absolutely love living in Shipston. The town itself is so lovely and we have fantastic community-spirited neighbours – it really feels like everyone is supportive of one another. It’s wonderful to be able to live near to the Cotswolds, and Shipston offers the vibrancy we wanted from a market town, but without the business of a typical tourist destination.”
