How does it work?
With our Assisted Move service, we work with you to reserve the Cala home of your dreams for an agreed number of weeks while helping you secure a purchaser for your current home.
Help moving home
To make your move as smooth possible, Cala will arrange for an independent valuation of your property. If you agree with the valuation, our experienced staff will help manage selected selling agents. We will also pay your estate agent fees and home buyer report cost (where applicable).
What if my home doesn’t sell?
If you haven’t found a suitable buyer within the agreed timeframe, we will discuss if the period can be extended, and if not, the reservation will end, and you’ll be refunded your deposit.
