Cala's Recommend a Friend offer

Our recommend a friend offer is simple. Download and complete the leaflet below and your friend must email, post or hand it to the sales consultant before reserving their new home. 

This scheme is available on selected plots at selected developments only.

* “We” refers to the Cala Group Ltd, which includes Cala Homes and Legal & General Homes. Offer is subject to purchasing criteria and terms and conditions for reservations of a new private tenure Cala or Legal & General homes.

To claim your reward this voucher must be completed in full, scanned or photographed and emailed to the chosen development before reservation. The reward(s) outlined above will be paid to the person(s) above only upon legal completion of the homebuyer’s purchase.

Payment will be made after legal completion by BACs transfer. In the event of the completion not taking place for any reason the £1000 payment will not be honoured. Please allow four weeks after the completion date for receipt of the monies. Only one Recommend a Friend voucher can be used per home purchase.

This scheme is not available to employees of the Cala Group or its subsidiaries, or any person connected or related to such an employee. This scheme is not available to selling agents or any person either connected professionally with this scheme or offer or acting in a business capacity.
