How we are placing people and communities at the heart of our business
Sustainability goes beyond carbon emissions and our Sustainability Strategy includes a range of other targets and initiatives that we will implement across our sites and within our business. We will be a business that leaves a positive, lasting legacy for both people and the planet.
 

Cala's Community Pledge

To reflect our commitment to our communities over the lifecycle of our developments, we introduced our Community Pledge in 2023. Our Pledges bring together a host of bespoke measures for each local community including donations, support for local initiatives, volunteering drives and much more.

Samaritans Partnership

Our ongoing partnership with Samaritans which promotes good mental health across our workforce and subcontractors and supports the charity’s fundraising efforts. Our current total is £620,00 in fundraising and corporate donations since 2020.
